The guest bedroom is a good sized, quiet & private room, with plenty of space in a well maintained older style home..

The guest room has its own TV/DVD, wardrobe, chair and plenty of cupboard space.   The home's large rooms and high ceilings give this place a feeling of space, and you will have access to most of the home, not just the guest room.  The kitchen, bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with the owner.

With a lovely front garden with lawn, & well maintained gardens plus a “artsy” paved rear entertainment area with gas BBQ, and a fish pond and vege gardens you will have a great spot to relax. 

Situated on the bus route, and close to the train station and a large shopping centre, as well as Midland TAFE and all amenities this is a very convenient location, whatever your plans are.

Secure parking is available at the property, but with the proximity to public transport, a car is not really necessary.

​

For the tourist:  John Forrest National Park with all of its walk and cycle trails is only a short bike ride away.    Midland CBD is 3km and historic Guildford is 6km,   TAFE is 1km away.

Swan Valley wineries (Garbin Estate, Chappel Farm &  Jane Brook Wines are literally just down the road, one minute by car or 10 mins if walked.
